We have been busy developing some new sausages. The latest creation is a Thai pork sausage which has fresh ginger, garlic and coriander and a hint of chili. Soon to come are Gypsy Pig free range pork and fennel sausage rolls!

Regulars to Gasworks and Slow Food Farmers' Markets are probably aware that Ethel Stephenson is now joining The Gypsy Pig stall with her wonderful English Leicester heritage breed lamb. We ensure the lamb is hung for at least two weeks which means it is unbelievably tender as well as tasty. If you are a Cardinia Ranges (Pakenham) Farmers' Market shopper Margaret Kingman will be at The Gypsy Pig stand in April with her English Leicester lamb too.
